Over the last 15 years, CoVantage Credit Union has been in growth mode. With nearly 40% of new members joining digitally and 16,000 loans of $1,000 or less done through an online banking solution, CoVantage has developed over 100 APIs to better serve its members.
Most of these APIs were built for one-time use without a standard approach to security. Each API required a custom-built connection, which was expensive and lacked performance data or visibility in the organization.
