Women who inspire us

In celebration of International Women’s Day, throughout March, Griffins from different corners of the world shared how women they know, or knew, inspire them in their lives. Check out the video compilation of what they said. 🧠 They lead with mentorship, lifting others up with wisdom and belief. 💪Their strength shows in resilience, compassion, and relentless dedication. 👏They inspire others by being real—living fully, loving deeply, and leading boldly. (Full video transcript) From her, I have learned the true mindset of a salesperson. One is resilient, sharp, and trustworthy. She just said, Derek, raise your hand if it's too much, but I'm going to give you everything I think can make you successful. And she epitomized mentorship, recognizing and nurturing my potential before I even knew what I wanted or was capable of doing. She continues to just blow me away with her work ethic. She was patient and she answered all my questions. And she really inspired me to be the best that I could be. She kindly expressed, and constantly expressed, how grateful she was for the work I've done. I appreciated her knowledge and her willingness to share that with me. She's been really a confidante and somebody I could go to with the challenges and really discuss. And she's beyond incredibly smart and compassionate and a true partner and such an impressive person. She made every day count, and it made me recognize how precious our time is, and to live each day to its fullest. I'm thankful every day that I'm able to work with them and I'm able to learn and grow being a part of such an amazing team. The main thing that I have always found inspiring in Annie is her insatiable thirst for knowledge and passion to be better in something every next day. Her immeasurable dedication, energy, passion for science, and love for children, especially the unassisted, poor, and vulnerable ones, inspire me every day and help me to be a better human being. Her story is a powerful reminder to me that women often have to live two lives. She picked up her studies after having three kids and then has a really successful career, working as a consultant and working in IT as well. She continues to hold our family together, lifting us up when we feel weak. These women didn't just inspire me. They shaped me. Not through big speeches or a grand gesture, but simply by being there, by believing, by pushing me when I needed it. She used the fact of being famous to fight for causes that were important to her. Marie's legacy continues to inspire future generations to break barriers and pursue their passion. She was a beloved figure in the fashion industry and, in my opinion, inspired women to pursue their dreams relentlessly. She made me realize, you can be a woman at the top of your field and not necessarily be a scholar, but as a woman, being good at math can lead to things other than being a math teacher. I believe that every woman should strive to be her own example to follow. She has never been afraid to speak her mind and stand up for herself. You should know you have a voice, and that voice should be heard; you’re smart, you should be listened to. Indeed, women like her across all fields and communities bring compassion, intelligence, and resilience to the world. They cultivate a more gracious and beautiful society. Where there is a woman, there is life, there is evolution, there is magic. They are the architects of the stronger families, healthy communities, and a more just world. #IWD #AxwayOfLife #InternationalWomensDay2025
