Acerta is a leading Belgian human resource company. We offer a variety of services. From the beginning, with a small spark and a business ID, we help people without all the fuss of registering a company with the Belgian government. Additionally, we handle complex payroll calculations for both small and large corporations in today’s intricate world.

We have 26 offices across the country, covering both the Flemish and French-speaking regions. This ensures close contact with our customers. Our strategy is to be the best end-to-end provider in the Belgian market and to be a differentiator and innovator. We illuminate the path for our customers.

On the back end, it is very important that we offer a stable and connectable way of working. This is where Axway products come into play. We need stable, secure, and scalable products. We use these products to store a lot of personal data. As you know, a payslip contains mainly personal data, including salary details, health information, and even the days you are or are not available in the office. Therefore, having a secure and market-standard product is crucial for ensuring privacy.

We currently use the ST for our managed file transfers, handling about 210 million file transfers each year. In recent years, APIs have advanced rapidly. With the integration possibilities in customer software packages and internally among our 340 business applications, we also use an API gateway. Few providers offer both APIs and managed file transfers. Axway’s ability to provide both options was key for us, leading to our current usage levels.

Axway has a proven track record for stability in the market. We researched other products, but they did not consistently meet all our needs. On the other hand, Axway was willing to engage in a long-term partnership with us, which is something we strive for with both our customers and suppliers. We have built an 18-year partnership with Axway, helping us grow and manage the volumes we handle today.

We currently have a cloud-preferred strategy. The Axway Amplify Marketplace is easily integrated with our existing systems. Customers will have a familiar page layout with the Marketplace behind it. The transparency and integration possibilities are valuable for offering new opportunities for customers to consume our APIs and potentially monetize them in the future.

The partnership with Axway is long-standing and characterized by a personal and reliable approach. Even if something goes wrong, as can happen with these systems, Axway is always there to help and listen. The speed and responsiveness they offer contribute to making our partnership a success story.
