Moët Hennessy is the wine and spirit division of LVMH. We represent 7.7% of the turnover of LVMH last year. We have 32 Maisons spread into four categories: Champagne of course with Krug and Ruinart, but also spirits with Hennessy, and also Belvedère, and Glenmorangie, and as well still wines and sparkling wines. 

IT supports business evolution through different ways. For integration we do have two technologies EDI and API, and our partner Axway are one of the key enablers to help us on this integration. We operate them in 160 countries where we are distributing so all around the world.

So, the main business cases that we are addressing through Axway B2Bi platform is the B2B customer interfacing. So, customer journey in MH from order taking, order life cycle until the invoicing processes as well as logistic partnership interfacings. All our warehouses are subcontracting with logistic suppliers that we are interfaced with, and we have a core model based on the main flows from the replenishment from our Maisons to the warehouses, to the distribution to the customers and as well stock management. The volumes covered today by the B2Bi platform, and the EDI scope is around 200 partners, 150 customers and 50 logistic partners which represent 5.5 million messages per year where more than 90% of the traffic is covered through logistic interfacing.

The solution B2Bi is critical for the Moët Hennessy businesses because it's a key tool of piloting our operation from the supply chain since we pilot all the activities through interfaced messages. And if you have a crisis and you don't have EDI working, it's meaning also for us that you are disrupting your supply chain, meaning that you cannot send goods to your customers or even send invoices to our customers, so by this in fact it's really critical. So, the B2B benefits are various. We are optimizing the business efficiency, securing our exchanges with our partners, while addressing the environment topic by using less paper.
