We're in the healthcare industry. Those states are Texas, Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Montana. I've been with the company for about five years, a little bit more. I was recently promoted to Director, Security Platform Management, within Gateway Services. The other teams have responsibility for the firewall, PKA, and proxy areas, ensuring that the transmission of mission-critical business files in a secure and timely fashion. That's really what’s of the most importance to us. We use Axway’s B2Bi for the transmission of those files in and out of the organization. We've made a concerted effort over the last couple of years to really move away from using tools like Dropbox and drop.com, and really focus on using Axway for those transmission of all files in the organization, no matter, the level of importance, the size of the file. Axway it's just been a great tool for us in that capacity. Being a healthcare company, security related to specifically EDI file formats, and at the organization, is the most prominent. I mentioned before about security, that's definitely our number one. We transmit close to a million times a week in and out of the organization. A large percentage of those are EDI files that have PII or PHI data. Axway has provided a secure and a very easy tool for setting up those new transmissions. If we took Axway away or just dropped down for more than a half a day, the organization would be crippled. As it is with most IT and security applications, get away from on-prem devices and currently we're obviously still with your on-prem implementation of B2Bi, and we'll look to once that comes full circle and we're ready for you're ready for that to be implemented with many different of your clients, we'll be looking to go that route. It's not all about customer support, that's just been the icing on the cake for us. What really stood out at the time from what I've gotten from some of the past leaders and members of the team that were around at that time back in early 20, the 20 tens, was the attention to making the process easier and accommodating to set up new accounts for the file transmissions. The business teams across our org, while we can’t make them happy all the time, they see the benefits of using the accompanying tool that Axway Sentinel brings them, providing them a self-service capability of monitoring their own transmissions, and making sure what they expect or going through is going through. But mostly the business has trust in the application and what my teams implemented for that. #HealthcareData #QualityCare
