HAVI Logistics was founded in 1974. We are originally from the US, and the company has been serving McDonald's as one of our biggest customers ever since. But since then, we've also diversified to serve other customers and are geographically spread out across Asia as well as Europe.
We now serve our customers on three different continents, and we have been growing together with our customers ever since.

The main use cases of B2Bi that we are currently using at HAVI are:

- Order Process – We handle supplier orders, such as purchase orders, and customer orders, like sales orders. B2B cloud is fulfilling all these requirements.
- Invoice – The invoice process is more focused on payments. We also use our SAP application to manage both purchase invoices and customer invoices.
With the use of Axway Cloud Managed Services, Axway is helping us manage the entire application, including development, deployment, and monitoring. It’s all taken care of by Axway.
Regarding security, Axway uses the latest security protocols, such as TLS 1.2 or 1.3 and ISOs. This ensures that our system is secure.
For performance optimization, we are using the best practices in the industry, following all the standards.
