Why Third-Party Reviews and Reports Matter to You
I’m sharing my new favorite numbers — 13 and 10. Why those numbers? Because for the 13th quarter in a row, G2 has named our products as leaders (see reviews). And for the 10th time Axway has been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for API Management (read the report).¹ These recognitions are something we take seriously—we believe they are proof that prioritizing your feedback and success helps us make better products. Our journey to these recognitions has been shaped by the close collaboration we share with our customers.
Why Do Reviews and Reports Matter?
Choosing the right solution for your business can be overwhelming. In our opinion, industry reviews and reports—like those from G2 and Gartner—help cut through the noise by providing credible, third-party recognition based on real-world experiences and rigorous analysis. When you see us recognized as a Leader, it’s not just marketing—we feel it’s a signal that your peers and trusted analysts have put our solutions to the test and found them exceptional.
How Are Recipients Determined?
-
G2: G2 determines its leaders through authentic feedback from actual users. Their platform collects thousands of verified reviews, measuring satisfaction, ease of use, support, and customer loyalty. When G2 names us a leader, it means customers like you have consistently rated our products highly across these categories.
-
Gartner: the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ and Critical Capabilities reports take a comprehensive, analytical approach. Analysts evaluate providers on their Ability to Execute and the Completeness of their Vision. This involves rigorous assessment of product features, customer experience, innovation, and market presence. In our opinion, being named a Leader means we’ve demonstrated excellence not only in what we provide today, but also in our strategy for tomorrow.
Why Does This Matter to Our Customers?
We feel these are more than recognitions—they’re proof points that we’re moving in the right direction, always focused on quality, customer success, and forward-thinking solutions. When you choose a vendor and product recognized by G2 and Gartner, we feel you’re choosing reliability, innovation, and a partner invested in your success. It means our solutions have helped businesses like yours solve real problems, streamline workflows, and drive growth.
Our commitment to listening to your feedback and acting on it is central to our ongoing success. Your reviews and insights not only shape our products but also help guide others in making informed decisions. By participating in platforms like G2 and Gartner, you’re part of a community that drives continual improvement and transparency in the industry.
