"We recently launched the first of our next-generation customer sites, which serves our healthcare partners, including hospitals and other healthcare networks," says Girardeau. "In the near future, we will be launching a web portal dedicated to our wholesale brokerage business, including the ability to create real-time quotations for enterprise human- resources leaders." Nurturing customer loyalty As expectations around the speed and responsiveness of insurance services continue to climb year-on-year, Groupe Henner is ready to rise to the challenge. "Our ultimate goal is to offer every customer a frictionless way to complete key user journeys online or on mobile," adds Girardeau. "Whether it's managing premium payments on an insurance product or submitting and monitoring claims on a policy, we aim to delight our customers with fast, straightforward services. We see that this level of responsiveness is going to become critical for fostering long-term customer loyalty, and by adopting an API-first approach with Amplify API Management Platform, we're on course to achieve our goals." To date, Groupe Henner's infrastructure services team has developed 15 APIs using the Amplify platform, and plans to harness the platform to make more than 3,000 tables totaling 3 TB of data accessible for new development projects in the future. "Thanks to our API-driven architecture, we can begin to transition functionalities from Henner Net to new microservices platforms gradually, and without the risk and cost of a big-bang project to rip and replace the legacy systems," concludes Girardeau. "In the long term, moving from monolithic, decentralized systems to centralized, modular microservices will make Groupe Henner more agile and responsive to the needs of customers and partners — and Amplify API Management Platform will continue to play a vital role in that transformation journey."
